JGP has completed the acquisition of control of an environmental consulting company in Portugal (June 2014)

JGP acquired 51% of NVIST Consultores em Engenharia do Ambiente, a company with extensive experience in the development of environmental assessments in Portugal and in several countries in Africa. NVIST will serve as a platform for the expansion of JGP’s activities in Africa.
