The Environmental Agency of Mato Grosso approves the EIA of the Jesuita hydroelectric project on the Juruena river (March 2008)

The Environmental Agency of the State of Mato Grosso approved JGP’s Environmental Impact Study for the Jesuita hydroelectric power plant in the Juruena river. This is one of 10 hydro projects in the Upper Juruena and the one that will have the largest reservoir (8.3 Km2).
