JGP Selected to Structure Environmental and Social Aspects of a New Federal Toll-Road Concession Program in Brazil (September 2018)

Four Federal Road Concessions totaling 2,105 km are reaching maturity and the initial concession period will expire in up to three years. The Brazilian Government will re-tender the Concessions, including about 700 km of new highway reaches that connect to the previously conceded system and will receive substantial capacity enhancement investments.

IFC has been retained by the Federal Transportation Planning Agency (EPL) and has selected JGP to conduct all necessary environmental and social studies and to structure the environmental and social aspects of the concession process, including preparation of key sections of the tender documents.
